HOW TO MAKE DEPOSITS TO YOUR ACCOUNT
You can make deposits to your digital account by TED, DOC or generating a payment slip. By TED the amount will be credited on the same day. By bank transfer, credit may take up to 2 business days. PIX will be available from the second half of July. Always put your CPF or CNPJ in the “Observations” field when you make any transfers from other banks. See below how to transfer balance:
Deposits by TED or DOC
Through other banks you make the transfers normally. The bank details you must use are the ones that appear on the Application screen just below, and don’t forget to put your CPF or CNPJ in the “Observations” field when making a transfer:

Deposit by Boletos
To transfer balance through Boletos is very simple. Just enter the application and click on “Deposits” and then on “Deposit by Boleto”.
Then just fill in the data, generate a PDF file and make the payment. This PDF file can also be shared, emailed, etc. You can pay for it yourself or send it to others to pay for you. The amount will be credited within 2 business days.
